I bought some eyeshadow last week from Sugarpill Cosmetics (because the entire internet was, so if I didn’t I was going to have to give the internet back – plus Amy’s nice too), so I figured it was about time I took my gold pants out of the drawer they’ve been sitting in since last September. The pants acted like a reflector and gave me a healthy summer glow.
I’ll spare you the details of how I put what on and why, because I don’t really know what I’m doing when I put on makeup (even though I like to pretend and sometimes people let me pretend on their face), and it’s really just a lot of trial and error and dropping my brushes and cursing when I accidentally get liquid liner all over my eyelid and have to start over.
List of makeup I used (I’m sure you’re on the edge of your seat):
-
- - Too Faced Primed and Poreless Face Primer
- - Make Up Forever Full Cover Concealer #8
- - Benefit Eye Bright
- - Smashbox O Gloss
- - NYC Browser
- - MAC Barestudy Paint Pot
- - Homemade Eyeshadow Primer (equal parts Unscented Glysomed hand cream, L’Oréal Bare Naturale Face Powder #401 and Aloe Vera gel)
- - Morgana Minerals Coven Loose Eye Pigment
- - Sugarpill Goldilux Chromalust Eyeshadow
- - Smashbox Matte White Eyeshadow
- - Make Up Forever Kohl Pencil in 2K
- - Rimmel Sexy Curves Black Mascara
- - Wet N’ Wild Mega Eyes Black Liquid Eyeliner
- - Some generic pair of false lashes I bought in Hayward for 75¢ at the
- (they were on sale!)
- - MAC Dollymix Blush
- - Make Up Forever HD Microfinish Powder
For the photo nerds that wandered in here:
The first photo was shot with a 17-40 lens at f4 400 ISO, using two Visatek Solo 1600 Bs, a silver reflector, some silver foil and the available light source in the room. One light was about 7 feet in the air, aimed down at me, with a square softbox. The other aimed at the ceiling. The second photo was shot using a 50mm at f1.8 100 ISO, and the positions of the lights were unchanged

Thanks
WOW! YOU’RE HAWT!<3
the pants give you more of a 70′s stepin’ out glow. Which is much better anyways.
